Barbara Joy Reff passed away on Sept. 25 at 49. To say Barbara was a kind soul is an understatement. She was simply an angel, a gift to everyone who knew or met her. Her smile and laughter was contagious. With her, there was no dull moment.
Barbara Joy, a name which she carried in her ability to make everyone around her smile, you will be missed greatly. Know that you were loved and still are. The love you gave is being carried by all of us. Your memories will always remain in our hearts. Rest well darling, rest well.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Isadore and Bertha Gudelsky Exceptional Swim Program at JCC, League for People with Disabilities of Baltimore, Kennedy Krieger Foundation of Baltimore and Har Tzeon-Agudath Achim.
